Drawing and painting have always been part of my life, and over the years I have exhibited and sold works at Art Shows in the Sydney area

I’m an acrylic expressive artist with a passion for capturing stunning scenes in bold, vibrant colour.

At the age of ten I began attending art classes with well known Uruguayan artists who taught me everything I know and to whom I still refer today.

Every time I immerse myself in the creative process, I feel an overwhelming sense of joy and contentment.

I am inspired by the shapes, the colours, the textures and the light of whatever is around me and try to capture their essence in my paintings.

Once trying pastels I became “hooked” by their brilliance and immediacy.

I paint to relax, when things get tough picking up a paint brush seems to make everything seem normal again it is a great pastime for mental health.

All my life I have loved to draw, but it has only been in retirement that I have had the time to truely indulge my passion
